My life in two minutes
I'm a frontend engineer from Brazil, but more than anything, I'm someone who likes making things.
I've spent the last few years building software professionally, mostly across web and mobile applications. I like being close to the product, turning ideas into interfaces, and thinking about how all the pieces come together.
Outside of work, I've always kept building things of my own. Some started as simple utilities, some became small products, and some are still somewhere between an idea and a finished thing.
Making things
Most of my personal projects start with a small frustration, a question, or simply something I want to try.
I don't particularly care about building the next big thing. I like making small products that solve a real problem, following an idea until it becomes something tangible, and giving it enough attention to make it worth keeping around.
What matters to me is making things feel considered, from the first idea to the little details.
The music part
Outside of software, I'm a garage musician.
I write songs, play guitar, record with my band, and occasionally end up building software around music.
Music has also influenced the way I approach software. I like things that have a sense of rhythm and intention. Maybe that's one of the reasons I care so much about how things come together, not just whether they work.
